Javier Juárez, professional Tango dancer and choreographer trained in classical, contemporary and theater dance meets at the Club Gricel in Buenos Aires with Lola Garnier, a dancer who has received training with Aurora Lubitz and Natalia Cristobal, among other teachers. From that meeting arises the project of starting his Argentine Tango school "Cielo de Tango" in Angers (France). Our style is characterized by the contrast between romanticism and rhythmic intensity. Highlighting the art of rhythm when walking in the tango and the fantasy of the figures that are born from the deep musicality of the embrace. We like to dance the tango of Canaro, D'Arienzo, Troilo and Pugliesse.

Vadim Musselyn's journey in Tango started with dancing seven years ago and eventually led him to being a DJ. He believes that in order to dance well, you really need to understand the music, and know the phrasing and musicality. He wanted to look deeper into the music to develop his own Tango. Vadim started to DJ at Lynn's Dance Club at the Monday Practicas, and eventually organized and DJ'd at his own “Milonga Dulce,” a monthly Milonga in Charlotte. Most recently, he started “Milonga Sonrisa,” which means "Smile" in Spanish, as a testimony of what he wants at his events; to see others smile, and to see the joy in the faces while dancing. Vadim has also DJ'd and organized events in Durham and Mooresville at AmoCafe and was instrumental in the first Las Carolinas Tango event held in Fort Mill, SC which brought DJ's and dancers from all over the US and Canada.

David has loved music his whole life. In his youth, he sang in choirs that toured Europe, and also was a choir director. Later in life, he discovered tango, and it became his passion. It wasn't long before he got into DJing. Now, he DJs at milongas and festivals across New England and beyond, playing his carefully crafted tandas. His favorite songs are the emotional songs that touch your soul, and are full of longing. However, he plays a wide variety of tango songs, from rhythmic to lyrical. He has even been known to play an alternative tanda when it fits the crowd. David also hosts a practica in Worcester, as well as being one of the hosts of the Boston Sunday Practica (the most popular practica in New England).
